PitchSide is provided for scoring and following cricket matches. You may use it for personal, club, and local tournament purposes. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to disrupt other users.
Most features work without an account. Match data you create is stored on your own device. You are responsible for that data; clearing your browser data will remove it.
Core scoring features are free to use. We may offer optional paid “Pro” features in the future. Pricing and terms for any paid plans will be shown clearly before purchase. We may show advertisements to support the free Service.
The PitchSide name, logo, design, and software are owned by ProSoftwareTools. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its branding without permission. Scorecards you generate are yours to share; the PitchSide branding on shared scorecards is part of the free Service.
We aim to keep the Service available and working, but we provide it “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
PitchSide is a tool to help you record matches. While we work to keep it accurate, you are responsible for the scores you enter and confirm. We are not liable for scoring errors, disputes, or decisions made based on data in the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProSoftwareTools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
The Service may use third-party services such as advertising networks, a weather provider, and payment processors. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
